About Jason Ferrara

I'm happy to tell you about myself, but the best way to understand me is by clicking the links on this site, checking out my personal site, and then getting in touch! I love meeting new people - especially to find out what you have been reading.

My public speaking career literally began in grade school starting with speeches for student council offices. I continued to sharpen the saw through high school and college.

Once in the workforce, it quickly became clear to my colleagues that communications was my thing and they had no problem handing over the speaking parts for product launches and kickoffs. 

My career started in Chicago, relocated me to Texas, and has given me the opportunity to travel the world. As a "new" Texan, I've worked both in Dallas and San Antonio, most recently as the CEO of Full Circle Insights. As a CEO, every day is a public speaking opportunity!

I've had the pleasure and privilege of representing CareerBuilder on countless CBS, NBC, ABC, CNBC, and FOX TV segments. I've planned and emceed sales meetings and annual company kickoffs at CareerBuilder, OutMatch, and Lanyon. And, I get paid for talking about how important reading is to ongoing education and career trajectory. 

Alongside my passion for work, I dedicate time to the Illinois Association of Junior High Student Councils, serving as an adult staff member for over 20 years. I have also volunteered my time to Scouts of America, most notably helping to raise two fantastic Eagle Scouts. 

I am a skilled executive, an avid reader and concert-goer, dedicated family man, and the best damn pizzaiolo on my street! My family and I live in Southlake, TX.
