How Do You Plan to Continue Learning?

I've got news for you, doomscrolling Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn isn't going to get you there. And, most of us aren't going to go back to school. We are busy, working professionals. Where are we going to keep learning? How are we going to keep up?

The answer is by reading books. Yes, your multiple news sites are helpful and social media is fun. But, nothing dives deep into a topic quite like a book. That's why I read. And, that's why I created Jason's Book Report, to help others embrace reading and experience the world of information waiting for them.

I use books from across my career in sales and marketing as well as books I heave read personally. Jason's Book Report covers tactical how-to books, classic management titles, novels, biographies - even cookbooks. Attendees walk away with more than a list of titles to read. They learn how to annotate a book for the most focused recall. How to see the lesson in each and every book and tease out what I call, "The Big Idea."

Adapt to Enjoy Something Better

Who Moved My Cheese is a timeless classic of experiencing and adapting to change. This book is likely already on your shelf. It is absolutely worth another read on your journey through an ever-changing world.

Value Your Reader's Time

Writing Without Bullshit will change the way you communicate in writing and make you a better writer. If you don't think you write a lot, think again - every email, every report, every text message. Time to make them better.

Do Anything But Not Everything

The CMO Manifesto is the most used book on my shelf. A handbook for the first 100 days in the tenure of a CMO. It is full of great lessons for any executive not just marketing.

Help Others Be Successful

This is the book that jump started my love of reading as an adult. Love Is The Killer App describes how to approach books as a busy working adult, from annotating to sharing the lessons you read.
